What we do
Each desk has its own site, its own prices and its own order flow. Nothing is hidden behind an account, and nothing is priced after the fact.
Websites, internal tools and offline desktop software built around the work your team already does — quoted in writing before anything starts.
Business stationery, marketing print, large-format displays, document finishing and plastic cards — priced per unit from a published rate card.
Help with government paperwork. This desk is paused while the required authorisations are completed, so no applications are being taken yet.
Prices
These are the starting points most people ask about. The full rate card and the written quote are what you actually pay.
Printing prices are per unit and exclude delivery outside the service area. Software prices exclude third-party subscriptions such as a domain, hosting or an SMS gateway; where those are needed, they are named in the quote before work starts.

How we work
No sales call, no account, no hidden line items. These are the parts of the process that stay the same whichever desk you use.
Printing is priced per unit on a public rate card. Software is scoped and quoted in writing. You are never asked to approve an open-ended bill.
Print jobs get a proof at the size and stock you chose. Software gets a working link you can click. Nothing is produced until you approve it.
Every print order gets a reference number and a status page. Check what stage the job is at without calling the workshop.
Desktop tools and Excel automation are built for site offices and counters where the connection drops. The data stays on your machine.
The workshop and the studio are the same address. Call or WhatsApp and you reach the people doing the work.
We take on work we can finish. If a job is outside what we do well, we say so before you pay anything.
From first message to handover
The same path works for a hundred visiting cards and for a six-week software build. The difference is the proof you approve and the date you are given.

Printing follows the published rate card. Software gets a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date.
